A woman was transported to Los Angeles County – USC Medical Center Monday after her SUV overturned at Brand Boulevard and Chevy Chase Drive, police said.

The identity of the woman was not immediately available, nor was the extent of her injuries, although police described them as non-life-threatening.

Glendale firefighters had to free her after she became trapped inside the vehicle, Glendale Police Sgt. Tom Lorenz said. Two other vehicles sustained damage in the crash, which was reported about 3 p.m.
