800 block of East Windsor Road

A 32-year-old man was arrested March 22 on outstanding warrants for being under the influence of a controlled substance and for possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

100 block of North Isabel Street

A 28-year-old man was arrested March 22 on an outstanding warrant for driving on a suspended or revoked license.

San Fernando Road and Glendale Avenue

A 31-year-old man was arrested March 22 on outstanding warrants for driving on a suspended or revoked license and for indecent exposure.

100 block of North Everett Street

A 62-year-old man was arrested March 23 on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court or pay a fine, for petty theft and for taking photographs under a woman's skirt.

Irving Avenue and San Fernando Road

A 21-year-old man was arrested March 22 on an outstanding warrant for being a minor in possession of alcohol and on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and methamphetamine.

1600 block of Victory Boulevard

A 64-year-old man was arrested March 22 on suspicion of throwing substances at a vehicle.

North Pacific Avenue and Palm Drive

A 71-year-old man was arrested March 22 on an outstanding warrant for possessing methamphetamine.

1200 block of Cleveland Road

A 36-year-old man was arrested March 22 on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale
