I am particularly concerned about a local Armenian TV program reporting inaccurate homophobic nonsense regarding the Day of Silence.
On Oct. 27, a smoker started a fire in a Glendale apartment building, causing damage to the building and contents. Fortunately, no one was killed or seriously injured (“Cigarette starts apartment fire,” Oct. 30, 2007)
Recent gang violence in our communities serves as a reminder that public safety is a priority.
Regarding “Battle lines are drawn,” March 15: Yes, there are two points of view in the Montrose/La Crescenta area.
