The California Board of Pharmacy has temporarily suspended a pharmacist who owns two drugstores in Glendale from working as a pharmacist-in-charge. Glendale News-Press 

Downtown Burbank restaurant Elephant Bar quickly and quietly went out of business recently, along with more than a dozen other locations, as its parent company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Burbank Leader
