    As a regular cyclist and cycling instructor, I agree with Ken Beall in his recent letter (July 16) that cyclists should conform to and abide by the same laws as motor traffic. I agree they should not run stop signs nor make illegal left turns. Mr. Beall is wrong, however, when he complains about bicyclists riding down the middle of the street, by which I assume he means the middle of the travel lane.
